How Membership Works
1.
Sign up for a 12 month membership with us by stopping in or emailing admin@elevatehealthcollective.org. $49 + tax will be automatically charged to your card monthly.
2.
Gain immediate access to membership benefits including virtual toolkit, weekly workshops, weekly email and text message resources, and 15% of trainings.
3.
Schedule mental health or massage therapy services directly with an Elevate provider. You can use the provider directory to find your best fit, or schedule with an in-house provider through the schedule appointment button on the website.
You will pay for your mental health or massage session at time of service with your provider of choice.
Our pricing is designed to support your healing journey by encouraging multiple sessions, which often leads to more sustainable and effective outcomes. If you’re looking for occasional support, we also offer flexible non-member pricing to suit your needs.

Sure, many people have insurance. Insurance is helpful for many medical needs but also has significant barriers for mental health and holistic care. You can often pay less with our pricing model compared to your deductible cost. We also have the best pricing for integrating services if you attend more than one session through Elevate providers!

It is greatly appreciated if you tip your massage therapist.
Mental health therapists do not accept tip.

We charge one membership fee of $49/month which gives one family member access to member benefits (virtual toolkit, text/email, weekly class, discount classes). A family member can attend therapy sessions with you such as in the case of couples counseling.
An additional family member can access our resources for an additional $15/month. They then can also access discounted sessions on their own.

We ask for a 12 month membership commitment. This will auto renew and there is easy cancellation if we are not for you.
